Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-05-07

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of B2Bmeet, including our website, mobile application, marketplace, payment workflows, Host tools, Requester tools, Partner Program, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service after updated Terms are posted, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

B2Bmeet is operated by Alive Studios LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“B2Bmeet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. The Service

B2Bmeet provides a consent-based marketplace for paid professional access. Requesters may submit structured requests to Hosts for professional interactions such as Intro Calls, Strategy Sessions, Executive Meetings, or other access offers made available through the Service. Hosts may publish access offers, set prices, approve or decline requests, participate in scheduled interactions, and receive payouts for eligible completed sessions.

B2Bmeet does not sell phone numbers, email addresses, private contact details, lead lists, or guaranteed business outcomes. B2Bmeet provides software, workflow, trust, payment, and marketplace infrastructure for professional access.

B2Bmeet is not a party to the substance of conversations between Hosts and Requesters. B2Bmeet does not guarantee any deal, investment, employment, partnership, customer acquisition, introduction, legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, or any other outcome from any paid interaction.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use B2Bmeet.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and not share your account with another person.

You may use one B2Bmeet account as a Requester, Host, Partner, or any combination of those roles. These roles do not create separate accounts.

You may not use B2Bmeet if you are prohibited from doing so by applicable law, by your employer or organization, or by any confidentiality, compliance, professional, fiduciary, or contractual obligation.

3. Hosts

Hosts are independent participants who make professional access offers available through B2Bmeet. Hosts set their own offer prices, decide which requests to approve or decline, and are responsible for participating in approved and scheduled sessions.

Hosts are not employees, agents, representatives, contractors, joint venturers, franchisees, or partners of B2Bmeet. Participation as a Host does not create any employment, agency, representative, contractor, joint venture, fiduciary, or partnership relationship with B2Bmeet.

Hosts are solely responsible for determining, reporting, filing, and paying any taxes, duties, assessments, filings, or other obligations arising from payouts, earnings, or other amounts received through B2Bmeet.

Hosts agree not to disclose confidential, proprietary, restricted, non-public, employer-owned, client-owned, government-restricted, regulated, or otherwise protected information during any interaction. Hosts must only offer access in their personal capacity unless they have explicit authority to act on behalf of an organization.

4. Requesters

A Requester pays for the specific access action or interaction selected, not for a guaranteed outcome. Host approval is required before a paid interaction proceeds.

When a Requester submits a paid request, B2Bmeet may reserve, authorize, or hold funds through Stripe or another payment processor. Funds may be captured or committed only if the Host approves the request, depending on the payment flow shown in the app. If a Host declines a request, the request expires, or B2Bmeet cancels the request under its policies, reserved funds may be released or returned according to the applicable payment processor rules and B2Bmeet policies.

Requester payments include the Host session price and B2Bmeet’s platform fee structure. The Requester agrees that the total amount shown at checkout is the amount charged or reserved, subject to applicable taxes, processor fees, refunds, disputes, or adjustments.

B2Bmeet does not guarantee that a Host will approve a request, attend a session, provide a particular answer, make an introduction, complete a deal, enter into a business relationship, or deliver any specific result.

5. Fees, platform commission, and payouts

Hosts set the public price for their access offers.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, B2Bmeet retains a 30% platform fee from eligible completed paid sessions. Hosts receive 70% of the completed session price, subject to refunds, disputes, chargebacks, fraud review, payment processor limitations, payout holds, and applicable law.

Example: if a Host sets a Strategy Session price of $200, the Requester sees and pays $200. After eligible completion, the Host’s gross payout amount before any applicable payment processor or payout adjustments is $140, and B2Bmeet’s platform fee is $60.

B2Bmeet may change its platform fee, payout rules, Partner reward rules, refund rules, or other economic terms at any time. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law, fraud review, dispute resolution, chargeback, refund, or correction of an error.

B2Bmeet may delay, hold, reduce, reverse, or cancel payouts if a session is disputed, refunded, canceled, suspected of fraud, violates these Terms, or is subject to legal, compliance, payment processor, or risk review.

B2Bmeet is not a bank, escrow provider, money transmitter, fiduciary, or financial advisor. Any wallet, reserve, balance, ledger, or payout feature shown in the Service is part of B2Bmeet’s marketplace payment workflow and may be subject to Stripe or other payment processor rules.

6. Stripe and payment processing

B2Bmeet uses Stripe and/or other third-party payment processors to process payments, reserves, holds, refunds, payouts, and related payment activity. By using paid features, you agree to comply with applicable payment processor terms, including Stripe’s terms and requirements where applicable.

Stripe or another payment processor may require Hosts, Partners, or other payout recipients to provide tax information, identity information, bank account information, or other payout-related information before payouts can be made.

7. Partner Program

B2Bmeet may offer a Partner Program that allows approved Partners to refer qualified professionals to become Hosts on B2Bmeet. Participation is governed by the separate Partner Program Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, Partners may earn 5%, 7%, or 10% from eligible completed sessions, depending on their tier, capped at $250 per eligible completed session. Partner rewards are paid by B2Bmeet. Hosts do not pay Partners directly.

8. Taxes

Hosts, Partners, and other payout recipients are solely responsible for their own taxes. B2Bmeet does not provide tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice.

You are responsible for determining whether amounts you receive through B2Bmeet are taxable and for reporting and paying all applicable federal, state, local, foreign, or other taxes. B2Bmeet may request tax information and may provide tax forms or payout records where required by law or payment processor rules. Failure to provide required tax or payout information may result in payout delays, payout holds, withholding, suspension, or inability to receive payments.

9. Reviews

After a completed interaction, B2Bmeet may allow Hosts and Requesters to leave reviews. Reviews may be displayed publicly on Host profiles or elsewhere in the Service. You agree not to submit reviews that are false, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, confidential, misleading, promotional, irrelevant, or otherwise inappropriate. B2Bmeet may remove, moderate, hide, or edit the display of reviews at its discretion.

10. Conduct

You agree not to:

  • use B2Bmeet for spam, scams, fraud, harassment, abuse, discrimination, or deception;
  • request, sell, disclose, or misuse confidential, non-public, restricted, proprietary, employer-owned, client-owned, regulated, or unlawful information;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • bypass B2Bmeet’s payment, request, scheduling, or approval flows;
  • ask Hosts or Requesters to move paid interactions off-platform to avoid fees;
  • scrape, harvest, sell, or disclose contact information;
  • violate any law, contract, employment policy, fiduciary duty, confidentiality obligation, securities law, export control rule, privacy law, or professional duty;
  • interfere with the Service, reverse engineer it, overload it, or attempt unauthorized access.

11. No circumvention

You agree not to use B2Bmeet to identify Hosts, Requesters, Partners, or opportunities and then bypass B2Bmeet’s workflow, payment, or platform fee structure. B2Bmeet may suspend or terminate accounts, cancel requests, withhold payouts, or take other action if it believes a user is attempting to circumvent the platform.

12. Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks

Refunds, cancellations, disputes, chargebacks, and payout holds are handled according to B2Bmeet policies, payment processor rules, and applicable law. B2Bmeet may determine, in its discretion, whether a session was completed, whether a refund is appropriate, whether funds should be released, and whether payouts or Partner rewards should be held, reversed, or canceled. If a payment is disputed, charged back, refunded, or suspected of fraud, B2Bmeet may reverse or withhold related Host payouts and Partner rewards.

13. Communications and notifications

You agree to receive transactional communications related to your account, requests, approvals, scheduling, payments, payouts, reviews, disputes, verification, security, and policy updates. Some transactional or legal notices may still be sent as required for the operation of the Service even if you have managed certain notification preferences in the app.

14. Privacy

Your use of B2Bmeet is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree that B2Bmeet may collect, use, disclose, and process information as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Account deletion

You may delete your account in the app or by contacting support, subject to legal, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, dispute, accounting, or compliance retention requirements. After account deletion, some records may be retained in anonymized, pseudonymized, or limited form where necessary for legal compliance, payment records, tax records, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, or legitimate business records.

16. Suspension and termination

B2Bmeet may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal or compliance risk, engaged in fraud or abuse, attempted platform circumvention, or used the Service in a way that may harm B2Bmeet, users, or third parties. You may stop using B2Bmeet at any time.

17. Changes to Terms

B2Bmeet may update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. We may notify users of material changes by posting updated Terms in the app, on our website, by email, or by other reasonable means. Your continued access to or use of B2Bmeet after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using B2Bmeet and may close your account.

18. Disclaimers

B2Bmeet is provided “as is” and “as available.” B2Bmeet does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, profitable, or available at any particular time. B2Bmeet does not guarantee any Host approval, Requester demand, session outcome, business result, introduction, deal, investment, hire, partnership, or revenue.

19. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, B2Bmeet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, or any outcome from a paid interaction.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, B2Bmeet’s total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount of platform fees B2Bmeet retained from your use of the Service in the three months before the claim, or (b) $100.

20. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless B2Bmeet, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the Service, your content, your interactions, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, your tax obligations, your disputes with another user, or your disclosure or misuse of confidential or restricted information.

21. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

22. Dispute resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
