1. What you’re buying
You buy a guaranteed action — a call or a meeting at the price the Host has published.
- You are not buying contact details, deals, hires, intros, or specific outcomes.
- The Host’s advice or opinion is the Host’s own and is not professional advice unless explicitly stated.
2. Approval and payment
- Funds are reserved when you send a request.
- Funds are captured when the Host approves.
- Funds are released if the Host declines or the request expires (typically within 72 hours).
3. Communication
All communication must occur through the platform until both sides have confirmed completion. You agree not to request personal contact details or attempt to move the conversation off-platform during the request lifecycle.
4. Acceptable requests
- Requests must be on-topic for the Host’s published offers and topics.
- Requests must not propose illegal activity, harassment, or violation of professional licensing.
- Mass identical requests sent to many Hosts are not allowed and may be removed.
5. Completion and reviews
You agree to confirm completion in good faith after the action is delivered, and to leave honest reviews.
6. Refunds and disputes
If the Host fails to deliver per the offer, you may file a dispute through the in-app flow. Refunds are evidence-based and at the platform’s discretion.
