1. Category boundaries
B2Bmeet is:
- A consent-based marketplace for paid professional access.
- An action-based marketplace — Hosts sell actions, not outcomes.
- A platform-mediated environment with privacy by default.
B2Bmeet is NOT:
- A contact directory or contact-unlocking service.
- A networking app, dating app, or social network.
- A scraping or lead-generation tool.
- An MLM, affiliate aggregator, or passive-income scheme.
- A regulated professional services platform (legal, medical, financial advisory, real-estate transactions).
2. Regulated services
Hosts may not offer services that require professional licensing they do not hold (e.g., legal advice without a bar license, medical advice without a license, broker-dealer activity, regulated financial planning, real-estate brokerage). General educational discussions on these topics are allowed; specific professional advice is not.
3. Personal capacity
Hosts attest that they participate in their personal capacity and that participation is consistent with their employer’s policies. Hosts are responsible for resolving any conflicts with employer agreements.
4. Privacy boundaries
- No phone numbers or emails are exposed by default.
- Communication is platform-mediated until both sides have completed a session.
- Scraping Host profiles for offline outreach is prohibited.
5. Anti-abuse
The following are grounds for removal from the marketplace:
- Fraudulent payments or chargebacks.
- Identity manipulation or account farming.
- Coordinated fake referrals or review manipulation.
- Off-platform circumvention of completion confirmation or fees.
- Harassment, threats, or illegal solicitations.
6. Sanctions and export controls
B2Bmeet is operated from the United States and complies with applicable U.S. sanctions and export-control regulations. Users in restricted jurisdictions may not use the platform.
