B2Bmeet is a consent-based marketplace for paid professional access. We collect information needed to operate the marketplace, verify users, route requests, support payments and payouts, prevent fraud, improve the product, comply with law, and support Hosts, Requesters, and Partners.
- We do not sell private phone numbers, private email addresses, or private contact details as a product.
- We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.
2. Information we collect
A. Account information
- name;
- email address;
- phone number, if provided;
- sign-in identifiers, including Apple ID-related identifiers;
- authentication and security information;
- account status and settings.
B. Profile information
- display name, headline, short bio, avatar;
- company, role, industry, city, country;
- professional topics; public links;
- Host offer types and prices; public profile slug;
- reviews and public trust signals.
C. Verification information
- LinkedIn profile or other professional profile links;
- work email or public professional proof;
- company page links; public bio links;
- verification status; internal review notes;
- compliance acknowledgements; fraud-prevention signals.
Some verification information is used internally and is not shown publicly.
D. Request and interaction information
- requests you send or receive; selected Host offer; request message or brief;
- preferred timing; approval or decline status; scheduling information;
- completion confirmations; reviews; dispute information; support communications.
E. Payment, wallet, and payout information
- Stripe customer identifiers; Stripe connected account identifiers;
- payment intent, transaction, transfer, payout, refund, dispute, or chargeback identifiers;
- wallet ledger records; reserved funds and release records;
- payout status; Partner reward records;
- tax and payout information where required.
We do not store full credit card numbers. Payment information is processed by Stripe or another payment processor.
F. Partner Program information
If you participate in the Partner Program, we may collect:
- Partner status; referral code; referral link;
- invited Partners; referred Hosts; sponsor relationship, if applicable;
- eligible sessions; Partner reward records; Partner payout records;
- Partner Program Terms acceptance; tax or payout information where required;
- related audit records.
G. Device, log, and usage information
- IP address; device type; operating system; app version;
- crash logs; diagnostics; security logs;
- pages or screens viewed; button taps and feature usage;
- search and filter interactions; session duration;
- approximate location derived from device or IP where permitted.
H. Analytics
We may collect product analytics such as screen views, button taps, search interactions, feature usage, form validation events, error states, and session duration to improve B2Bmeet. We aim not to collect raw sensitive field values such as full request messages, private phone numbers, private emails, meeting links, payment card numbers, or private verification proof values in analytics.
3. How we use information
- create and manage accounts; authenticate users;
- operate the marketplace; display Host profiles and access offers;
- route requests between Requesters and Hosts;
- process approvals, scheduling, completion, reviews, disputes, and support;
- process payments, reserves, refunds, payouts, Partner rewards, and transaction records;
- verify Hosts, Partners, and professional legitimacy;
- prevent fraud, spam, abuse, circumvention, or illegal activity;
- provide notifications and transactional messages;
- improve search, discovery, product design, performance, and reliability;
- operate the Partner Program;
- comply with law, tax, accounting, payment processor, and regulatory obligations;
- enforce our Terms of Service and other policies.
4. How we share information
A. Other users
We may show public profile information, Host offer information, reviews, request status, scheduling details, and other marketplace information as necessary to operate the Service. We do not show private phone numbers, private email addresses, private payment information, internal verification notes, or private proof values unless you choose to make something public or disclosure is required to operate the Service.
B. Payment processors
We share payment, payout, identity, transaction, tax, and fraud-prevention information with Stripe or other payment processors as necessary to process payments, payouts, refunds, disputes, tax reporting, fraud prevention, and compliance.
C. Service providers
We may share information with service providers who help us operate B2Bmeet, including hosting providers, database providers, email providers, analytics providers, security tools, customer support tools, and infrastructure providers.
D. Legal and compliance
We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, tax authority, regulator, payment processor requirement, law enforcement request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of B2Bmeet, users, or others.
E. Business transfers
If B2Bmeet is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate protections.
5. Stripe and third-party services
B2Bmeet uses Stripe for payment processing and payouts. Stripe may collect and process information under its own terms and privacy policy. Depending on your role, Stripe may require identity, tax, bank account, or other information to process payments or payouts.
6. Cookies and tracking technologies
Our website may use cookies, pixels, local storage, or similar technologies for authentication, security, analytics, preferences, and performance. You may be able to control some cookies through your browser settings.
7. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate B2Bmeet, provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, maintain accounting and tax records, and support payment and payout records. Some information may be retained after account deletion where required or permitted for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, security, or accounting purposes.
8. Account deletion
You may delete your account in the app or contact support. When your account is deleted, we will delete, anonymize, or limit access to personal information where reasonably possible, subject to legal, payment, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, and compliance retention requirements. Some records related to payments, payouts, sessions, reviews, disputes, fraud prevention, tax records, or legal compliance may be retained.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
B2Bmeet is intended for professional adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
11. International users
B2Bmeet is operated from the United States. If you use B2Bmeet from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

13. Changes to this Privacy Policy
